The drop, launched this year, was the recipient of the only gold medal awarded to a Tasmanian brewer at the recent Independent Beer Awards.
Hobart's Moo Brew took out overall Tasmanian champion with three silver medals awarded to their product.

Brewer Tim Penton said he was delighted with the achievement.
"It's really special, there's not much else you can get higher than the gold medal," he said.
"It's quite a big achievement for such a small little brewery with such a specialist type of beer."
Mr Penton described the beer as "very strong and rich" with different types of malt.
"The challenge with this is that manuka honey has quite a strong flavour," he said.
"Manuka is such an iconic honey, I really wanted to come up with a beer because it is so robust.
"It was meant to be a limited release, but it is definitely staying now."
