After piling on 18 goals in the first quarter, the Hawks' dominant shooting duo of Danni Pickett and Ashlea Mawer put together a 20-goal performance in the second before raising their numbers to 21 in the third and fourth.
Taking advantage of a healthy height advantage, especially in the second term, the duo made Kingston's defence visibly frustrated but Hawks coaches Ruth Tuohy and Kellie Woolnough were certainly pleased.
"We are very happy with how the team has played, it was again one of our most conistent games that we have put together and the girls have stuck to the game plan which is great," Tuohy said.
"That allowed us to have a strong first half and follow that through to the second, so I think that's why we can see the consistency is there.
"I think we applied a lot of pressure very early in the first phase of attack which allowed us a lot of opportunities to turn balls and convert."

The Hawks leaders sang the praises of their shooting duo, in particular Pickett, who was named player of the match for her side.
"Danni was really patient with delivering the ball into the circle and making sure that we had control to get into the circle.
"She also shot up some really good goals too, which means we aren't just relying on Ash, which is what we want - to have that second shooter as well.
"We've got a lot of options available too with them, they've got very different options - we can be a holding, we can be a moving - it's very hard for defenders to work out how to play on that, so we are very lucky."
The work of Hannah Lenthall and returning player Chelsea Mawer didn't go unnoticed for the victors as Woolnough praised the former for implementing coaching into her game.
Despite Kingston coming into the double-header weekend having not lost since facing the Hawks back in round two, Tuohy and Woolnough's players improved on their past result.
Defeating the Blues 57-35 in March, Woolnough described the side as a more cohesive unit while Tuohy noted a vast change in the outfit's strategy.
"It's such a long time ago and we've changed a lot of our structures like getting used to the rolling subs and being seamless and we've changed a lot of our defensive play and how we attack," Tuohy said.
"So it is hard to compare because I feel so much has changed for our team but we are continuing to grow and improve every game."
