The hub is currently looking for expressions of interest for a service to be installed in the building.
Health Hub director Dr Jerome Muir Wilson said as soon as a for sale sign appeared on the building he knew it would open new opportunities for the operation.
"At this stage we are completely open to which services the building may offer," he said.

"The initial design will see up to 3,000m2 available over three levels with additional parking."
Dr Muir Wilson said many of the organisation's patients are still experiencing and having to travel to Hobart or interstate to access specialist services.
"Naturally we're aiming for an expansion of health-based services available in Launceston," he said.
"It would be wonderful to be able to see more of these services available here in the heart of our state."
The Health Hub offers a number of medical services such as plastic surgery, urology, skin cancer treatment and a dedicated diabetes clinic.
