James Rakus returned to lead NTSC to the biggest upset of the spring roster when the cellar-dweller rolled previously unbeaten LRTC.
Rakus beat Isaac White 6-0 in their singles and teamed with Andrew Roberts for a 6-1 win against LRTC's White and Daniel Binns.
LRTC's Daniel Warren tried to balance the books with a 6-0 singles win against Sam O'Shea.

Warren and Binns won the night's only close encounter 6-4 against O'Shea and Roberts as Launceston Regional Tennis Centre levelled at three matches all but lost the rubber 21 games to 23.
Riverside Blue powered to a 5-1 win against Trevallyn with Matthew Webb and Josh Partridge too strong for Phil Bonney and David Beattie in their respective singles tussles.
Campbell Young made it a hat-trick of singles wins for Riverside with tiebreak success against Jacob Sheedy.
