The Tassie Scallop Fiesta will once again take over Bridport with Tasmanian seafood, produce, and entertainment.
This year's fiesta will feature cooking demonstrations from Jane Bissett, Terry Fielder, and Chris Wright.
A scallop pie competition will take place at 1.15pm, and the scallop splitters challenge will begin at 3pm.
Music and entertainment will also take place throughout the day.
More than 2500 people attended last year's inaugural event.
Another event will take place on August 3 in the lead up to to fiesta day.
