The Helpmanns are Australia's premier arts and culture awards. Mona Foma has already scooped up a 'Best Contemporary Australian Music Festival' win twice.
This year, it will go up against WOMADelaide, Sydney's Vivd, and CMC Rocks in Queensland.
Meanwhile, Mona Foma has also released its visitor statistics for its first full-blown Launceston run. Twenty-seven per cent of festival-goers came from Northern Tasmania, with 35.5 per cent heading in from interstate, 35 per cent from Southern Tasmania, and 2 per cent international visitors.
