The child-friendly event brings the city alive with the sound of live orchestra music in Launceston’s picturesque City Park.
This year, the event will be compered by Christopher Lawrence, and conducted by Benjamin Northey.
The performance will feature baritone Jose Carbo performing arias from much-loved operas such as Rigoletto, The Barber of Seville, and Carmen.
Entry to the concert is free, however, tickets will be required for this year’s event.

“We have introduced ticketing in order to accurately measure attendance at the event,” a TSO spokesperson said.
“This enables us to provide adequate facilities, manage our safety measures and to better communicate with our audience.”
Gates will open at 3.30pm, with music starting at 7pm.
Picnic food is permitted, including alcohol. Food and drinks will also be available.
Tickets are available online, via phone, or in-person from the TSO Box Office.
