It is working towards potential production at its Cleveland tin, copper and tungsten project, near North-West ghost town Luina.
It is also aiming to finalise negotiations with Empire Tin about a joint venture agreement covering the Temengor tin project in Malaysia.
“The company’s strategic objective is to lower investment risk and move towards significant tin production and cashflow through a pipeline of projects being added to the company’s portfolio,” Elementos said in late July.
On Monday, it said it had agreed to extend the negotiation period for the Temengor deal for 60 days from August 10 because of an administrative transition following recent elections in Malaysia.
On July 31, Elementos announced a $1.2 million capital raising, to be used for purposes including advancing engineering and metallurgical studies at Cleveland and starting Temengor exploration.
