* There have been 55,321,036 vaccine doses administered in the national COVID-19 rollout up to Tuesday, including 97,497 recorded in the previous 24 hours.
* Of that total, 34,895,720 have been administered by commonwealth facilities, an increase of 77,013 in the previous 24 hours.
* State and territory facilities have administered 20,425,316 vaccines, an increase of 20,484 in the previous 24 hours.
* More than 95 per cent of people aged 16 and over have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 94.8 per cent are double vaccinated.
* A total of 12,302,592 people have received more than two doses - with a booster or top-up shot - an increase of 53,208 in the previous 24 hours.
AUSTRALIAN CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:
* 64,265 new cases: 30,402 in NSW, 9426 in Victoria, 6136 in Queensland, 6062 in Western Australia, 3122 in South Australia, 7640 in Tasmania, 1226 in the ACT and 251 in the Northern Territory.
* The national death toll is 5638 (+18): NSW 1996 (+5), Victoria 2657 (+8), Queensland 652 (+3), South Australia 225, ACT 38, NT 31, Tasmania 27 (+1) and WA 14 (+1). (Two Queensland residents who died in NSW have been included in the official tolls of both states).
GLOBAL CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:
* Cases: at least 461,679,198.
* Deaths: at least 6,051,426.
* Vaccine doses administered: 10,715,919,256.
