There have been 1201 new cases of COVID-19 diagnosed over the past 24 hours in Tasmania, bringing the total number of active cases in the state to 7439.
There are 1680 cases in the North, 900 cases in the North-West, and 4367 cases in the South.

Fourteen people with COVID-19 are receiving treatment in the Royal Hobart Hospital.
There are four people with COVID in hospital in the North and six in the North-West.

Ten of these 24 patients are receiving treatment specifically for COVD-19
Nobody is being treated in an intensive care unit.
