Appearing on bail Timothy Andrew Gunn, 31, was facing numerous charges, including assault, stealing, stealing cars, burglary, drugs and breaching family violence orders.
He also faced counts of a breach of bail, a failure to appear, and driving while on a suspended licence.
Mr Gunn has been accused of entering Tasmania without a valid G2G pass and then allegedly leaving a 14-day hotel quarantine stint without permission on October 11.
Tasmania Police has alleged he spent up to 20 hours in the community, visiting numerous locations including the Bridgewater Woolworths, before he was located in Bridgewater by officers.
He was charged with several offences under the Emergency Management Act as well as the Misuse of Drugs Act and the Family Violence Act.
Today's matter was adjourned until December because a further three new counts needed to be considered by legal counsel.
