Bailey shot 80 around the well-presented layout and both Hunter and Isaac Roberts (Launceston Christian School) shot 73s. Gillard birdied the 19th hole in a play-off to claim the title.
Ulverstone's Kynan Lee shot a wonderful net 66 to win the overall net prize.
Boys and girls' 15 to 17 gross was won by Roberts with Jordan Sterling (Taroona High) claiming net (72).
In the 14-and-unders, Mackenzie Thomas (St Mary's College) won the gross (86) as James Robinson (Scotch College) won net (68) from Koby Wegman (Youngtown Primary) with 71. A field of 24 contested the championship.

The Northern Golf spring tournament encompasses the Iris Meek A-grade, June Atkinson B-grade, Frances Hudson C-grade and Shirley Atkinson senior event.
To be played at Launceston Golf Club on Sunday, November 14, entries are at all clubs. A-grade is 18 holes stroke and B and C grade are 18-hole stableford.

Club champs
Launceston women started their championship with a stroke event and Zahara Rehrmann led the A-graders net scores with 75, from Mardi Wilks (76) and a trio of Julie Peltzer, Lorraine Jones and Jorjah Bailey on 77.
B-grade sees Jenny Winspear, Liz Young and Julie Summers all on 77 and in C-grade Jacky Courtney's 75 beat Sue Woolcock on countback. Qualifying and match play continue this week.
Greg Longmore will have to be at his peak to beat a fighting-fit Mitch Van Noord in this weekend's 36-hole men's final.
B-grade: Josh Upston v Peter Blackwell; C: Graeme Bingley v Scott Callow; A handicap: Tony Wilks v Nigel Donachie; B handicap: Sam Woolcock v Yash Naik; C: Andrew Murray v John Meadows.
Scottsdale club champion Shaun Krushka celebrated his son Riley's 21st birthday with a 71-shot victory over Graeme Booth. B-grade went to Tony Collins and C-grade Tim Fletcher. Shaun Krushka won the 72-hole net. Next week is the Graeme Booth two-person stableford multiplier.
Deloraine 4bbb championship winners were (A-grade) Nathan Bakes and Andrew Clark with 69, (B-grade) Shane Swain and Col Eley on 73 and (C-grade) Simon Duncan and Jamie Lowery on 86. Best score went to Swain and Eley (45).
