Outs: James Curran (Victoria), Rowan Smith (Retirement).
What they say:
"We believe that we will be around the top fighting for the premiership again. Expectations [are] to win more games then we lose," Gower said.
Players to watch: Alistair Taylor, Cameron Lynch, Ben Humphrey.
"Alistair Taylor leads from the front and had a fantastic year with the bat, he will continue to be a big part of our drive for more success," Gower said.
"Cameron Lynch had a break out season with the bat last year and will be looking to continue that form, Ben Humphrey scored his maiden century last season and will be looking to add to that this season.
"All four new recruits will add some energy and spark to the group and I expect them all to contribute with bat and ball at times during the season."
Young players to watch: Dihan Cloete, Edward Faulkner, Will Bennet and Jonah Copper.
"Our fast bowling stocks are very healthy with Dihan Cloete, Edward Faulkner and Jonah Copper having big pre-seasons," Gower said.

Westbury Shamrocks
Last year: Third
Coach: Matthew Battle
Captain: Daniel Murfet
Ins: Michael Lukic, Deepak Singh, Nasrullah Khan, Jared Mason, James Tyson.
Outs: Alex Kerrison, Nick Spencer, Dom Barrett
What they say:
"As a club this season we will definitely be pushing to make finals again, and be serious contenders for silverware across all grades come March. To be honest, it was a disappointing end to the season last year for both our 1st and 2nd grade teams, losing a semi and a final respectively," coach Matthew Battle said.
"I know for a fact that our players are hungry as ever to avenge those losses and we have been using it as fuel all pre-season. Our pre-season program has been excellent, there have had plenty of numbers at training and the commitment from all players to better themselves has been fantastic."
Young player to watch: Joel Lloyd, Joe Griffin
"Joel Lloyd is a young all rounder who can swing the ball and has the ability to make significant contributions with the bat down the order," Battle said.
"Joe Griffin is another young talent who is looking to put some big batting performances in this year, regardless of which grade he plays."

"With an outstanding attendance rate at pre-season, our focus was on skill development which we expect to be rewarded with on-field performances."
Players to watch: Matthew Fulton and James Leake
"[Fulton is] an aggressive top order batsmen who will likely take the new ball. Already a highly respected leader at the Knights," Philip said.
"[Leake] has the talent to develop into a outstanding allrounder and leader for the Knights and in the future, the Raiders."

Players to watch: Luke Scott and James Storay.
"We will again look to our two most experienced players in Luke Scott and James Storay to back up their good performances from last year," Reid said.
"We have several new players this year which will add to our depth across the two Saturday teams. Hopefully these players can adjust quickly and help the team perform."
Young players to watch: Thomas Dwyer and Lachie Clark.
"Two very young players who could play a role at some stage in our first grade side are Thomas Dwyer and Lachie Clark," Reid said.
"Both boys have improved during the pre-season and taken on the challenge of training with our first grade squad."
