Alex Gaetani has been reappointed as head coach while Stuart McCarron has stood down as president.
Acknowledging the service of McCarron as inaugural president after the merger of ROSC and ROJSC in 2016, acting president Brian Wightman said an internal review found it was time for the NPL to have a coach without the burden of unreasonable workload demands.
He said the club recognised the on-field struggle for results during 2021 and wished to provide certainty going forward which will also include a player recruitment strategy.
The positions of technical director and NPL assistant coach will be advertised.
"Attracting mature-aged players to complement our youth policy will be a key component of the strategy," Wightman said. "We recognised the challenge of Alex having dual roles at the clubs from a workload perspective and have set about alleviating the pressure to allow him to focus solely on the NPL squad."
Gaetani said while results had been disappointing, progress has been made towards consolidating playing style and developing young players. "We are all looking forward to next year with enthusiasm, building a strong culture and desire to achieve better results," he said.
The Windsor Park club's annual meeting is scheduled for mid-December.
