"Not much."
Sciulli said a 2-1 home win will count for nothing when the sides square up again at the opposite end of the state on Saturday.
"It's good for the lads' confidence but it was a cup game and now we move onto the league and it will be a completely different proposition.
"We're at Warrane where everything is different - the venue, the size of the pitch, the type of ground, everything."
After three straight losses without scoring, City was 2-0 down to neighbour Riverside when its fortunes turned.
The eventual 3-2 win was followed by Saturday's cup triumph and Sciulli is hoping Alex Rossetto, who scored the extra-time winner against Olympia, can have a similar impact in the league.
"Alex filled in for the first time and I would like to use him again in some capacity and there's a couple of guys in the Championship that I would like to see putting their hands up for NPL.
"I identified a couple of our weaknesses on the weekend and also a few of our lads are getting tired so I might need to refresh them a bit, but I don't have that much depth."
Riverside coach Alex Gaetani said his side has "had a lot of honest conversations" after blowing a two-goal lead at City.
"We talked about where we're at and what we need to change to play to our ability for a full 90 minutes," he said.
"I expect a reaction to back up from that huge disappointment but it does not get much tougher than Glenorchy, arguably the best team in the league."
Captain Taylor Neilson is expected to retain his spot, Luca Vigilante should play a bigger role than unused substitute while club stalwart Ryan McCarragher is back and keen to play in central defence if he can shake off a corked calf sustained in training.
