An unbeaten record was the added bonus to Western United's week-long sojourn to Tasmania, according to coach Mark Rudan.

A 10-man team eked out a 1-1 draw with Wellington Phoenix on Thursday night, five days after the Victorian franchise had beaten leader Central Coast 1-0 as UTAS Stadium doubled the number of A-League matches it has hosted.
Rudan said the team would look forward to returning for two more matches next season and could even be open to expanding on that.
"I'm not the guy who makes those decisions but we've been looked after extremely well and four points out of six is nice as well so from a superstitious point of view it's always nice to come back to somewhere that you've won points," he said.
Asked how he would sum up his team's Tasmanian experience, Rudan said he could do it in one word.
"Fantastic. We were embraced by the Launnie locals. We've had a great time here, superb pitch, catered for beautifully by the people at the hotel.
"Everybody we've met going out engaging with the community has been great and we look forward to coming again next year.
"We've done some community events and I've had a look at the amount of work and financial investment being made in Tasmanian football and all the juniors participating and it's a good platform.
"I've been pretty vocal on having a team based in Tasmania and have no problems with that whatsoever."
Rudan, who dropped the league's all-time leading scorer Besart Berisha to the bench, said he was delighted to secure a point despite playing a man down for more than half the game.
While critical of the decision to dismiss Brendan Hamill on the stroke of half-time, he found special praise for veteran defender Andrew Durante on becoming the first A-League player to reach 350 appearances.
"Incredible achievement, incredible player, incredible person who deserves everything that comes his way.
"He doesn't really care about the individual accolades, he is all about the team and that is why he's had a stellar career."
