Chloe White is eager to continue her pursuit and love for hockey as the under-15 Tasmanian team gears up for Victoria.

The 14-year-old Exeter High School student has been to two previous nationals; White said she was extremely excited for a third.
This will also be the first nationals White has vice-captained.
She said the new role brought a number of new and exciting facets to her game.
"I haven't really done it before," White said.
ELSEWHERE IN SPORT:
The young Launceston City striker said she got her admiration for hockey from her father Ian.
"Dad was playing hockey before I did and he just introduced me to it and I just fell in love with it," she said.

This year's under-15 nationals are set to be held in Bathurst later this week.
White said herself and a predominantly Southern state team were ready for the week-long series.
"There's a lot of training and most of it's down in Hobart - a lot of fitness [training] ball skills and stuff like that," she said.
