The 20-year-old would be the first 'Raiders-grown' player to play for Tasmania, having started her premier league career with Greater Northern.
ELSEWHERE IN SPORT:
Raiders coach Darren Simmonds was proud of Radford, and said she continued to play great cricket throughout her tenure.
"She can offer something with the bat - she's a terrific runner in between the wickets," he said.
"She bowls really tightly with the ball in her own way and she's probably one of the better fielders in the competition.
"When she takes to the field, she really lets her performance take care of itself."
The 2019-20 Raider of the year will join teammates Belinda Vakarewa and Sasha Moloney.
Tasmania will play Western Australia in Kingston on Friday.
