Clarence's eight-wicket win breaks the Raiders' winning streak, with the loss being described as the side's worst of the season by coach Darren Simmonds.
With both sides lacking state players due to the WNCL, Simmonds said the clubs were fairly even on paper going into the one-day match.
"We just didn't come to play today - it was by far our worst performance of the season," he said.
The Raiders' batting order was taken down a few pegs by a top-calibre bowling attack from Clarence.
This included Olivia McDonald, who dismissed five Raiders while only allowing 34 runs in 10 overs.
British all-rounder Hollie Armitage followed that performance with a decent outing of her own, finishing 3-20 off eight overs.

Emma Manix-Geeves' number one performance proved a bright sport for an otherwise deflated batting performance.
The Riverside talent struck 54 runs off 80 balls, with the rest of the lineup only able to conjure 40 runs between them.
"We lost our way there and lost wickets in clumps - that's something we talk about that we just don't allow and today we did," Simmonds said.
"We fell well short by getting 120-odd in that wicket ... Emma was the only batter to travel the scoreboard really.
"When we form our partnerships that we look to do, we always get competitive scores. But today, take out Emma, we were very poor with the bat."
ELSEWHERE IN SPORT:
The Raiders would be all out for 127 in 39 overs.
Armitage's quality day boiled over to Clarence's batting innings, with the opener whacking 39 runs, chomping into a vulnerable total.
Her young and talented batting mate Maddison Brooks did one better, slamming 57 off 59 including nine fours.
The home side cruised over the Raiders' score in 21 overs.
"We spoke about how if we could get pressure and early wickets ... we could've still been in the game," Simmonds said.
"In saying that we didn't bowl anywhere near what we should be bowling.
"We just leaked runs that whole innings ... we really need to touch up with the bowling."
Latrobe all-rounder Zoe Lowry's return showed a flash of optimism in defeat, finishing 2-18 in her five overs.
"It was good to see Zoe get a couple of wickets coming back into the side - her ability to get those wickets was the positive of those innings," Simmonds said.
