The state-calibre player carried her bat, scoring 77 off 68 balls including eight fours.
Opening partner Sophie Parkin (26) would also add decent padding to the total.
While South Launceston would fail to bowl anyone out, Amy Duggan would have a hand in running out both Parkin and Maddison Hill.
Alas, Manix-Geeves' and Parkin's Raider colleagues on the other side would bring the pain in the following innings.
Caitlyn Webster (31) and Amy Duggan (26) would open with an uppercut to Riverside's chin.
Elsewhere in sport:
Alice McLauchlan (19) and Meg Radford (28) would see South Launceston home in the middle order.
This would be despite an admirable effort by Riverside bowlers Sophia Smith (2-36) Tayla Buchanan (1-29) and Manix-Geeves (1-18).
South Launceston coach Belinda Wegman said she was really impressed with the girl's effort going this season going into the Christmas break.
"I was really impressed with our effort on Saturday, Emma played really well but we managed to dig deep," Wegman said.
"Webster and Duggan were able to get us off to a good start, we've been fairly even with our top order batting which has been good.
"We always make it as a team when we win - it's good to see multiple players step up and perform."
Mowbray's match against second-place Launceston would be over before it began, with the former forfeitting.
The league will enter a Christmas and New Year's break before returning in mid January.
