The Knights have won nine premierships (five Greater Northern Cups, four Cricket North flags) in their short life span and it doesn't look like stopping.
Due to a Mowbray forfeit, they already have a win under their belt for season 2020-21, while Riverside host Launceston on Sunday.

SOUTH LAUNCESTON
Last season: Premiers - fourth consecutive season
Coach: Belinda Wegman
Captain: Belinda Wegman and Caitlyn Webster
Ins: Skye Furlonge, Ashlee Scott (South under 17s)
Coach says: The expectations are just for the girls to keep training hard, putting in 100 per cent and seeing what they can get out of their cricket.
I think they are looking into Raiders now, we've got seven or eight girls in that squad of about 20 girls so their aims are at the minute to play the best cricket they can and get in that side to play in the Southern competition.
We've got a good, diverse range of girls, we try and get everyone to bat and bowl so they can do a bit of everything - we are big on that so we've got a lot of depth in our team with bowling, batting and fielding.
Amy Duggan will have a pretty big season, she's found her bat again and ended up playing really well towards the end of last season. Naurine Maurangi - Naz has been going really well in the nets as well with the batting side of stuff.
LAUNCESTON
Last season: Second
Coach: Stuart Alexander
Captain: Lynn Hendley
Ins: Anna Janssen (returning), Clare Alexander, Elka Chamley (North West), Michelle Phillips.
Outs: Stacey Norton-Smith (Longford), Rhianne Hack (Mowbray)
Captain says: I think, not quite knowing what Riverside have and how solid they are, I'm hoping that our biggest rivalry will be South and we make it to that final again - especially with those new girls stepping up.
Charlotte Layton and Anna Janssen are in the squad for the Raiders and Clare and Elka are in the development squad, so we are looking for those [to step up and cover the losses].
We'll have second years in Georgie Nicholson, Bek Illingworth, Mary Broadhurst and Amy Pereria and we will look for those to step up as well and fill those positions.
We've got Ianthe Boden as well, so we've got the real experienced players in her and Victoria Geale who are the strong players and have good cricket heads on them.
RIVERSIDE
Last season: Third
Coach: Max Turner
Captain: Elyse Page
Ins: Alysha Jackson (Mowbray)
Outs: Emily Nunn
Coach says: Making finals would be nice but it's really hard because a lot of the girls either work or study so it's been hard to get them out on the paddock at the same time.
But if we can make finals and just improve on what they have been the past few years and get some consistency into their game.
We'll just come together as a team and play it as we go. I think we will have a reasonable side, do better than last year and hopefully I can make them into some better cricketers.
Kate Sherriff, Maddi Hill and Elyse Page [have impressed] but Kate in particular has been exceptional so far. She's just good at everything she does, she's a natural sportswoman - very good and determined.
MOWBRAY
Last season: Fourth
Coach: Rhianne Hack
Captain: Rhianne Hack
Ins: Rhianne Hack (Mowbray)
Outs: Dana Lester (injured, year off), Alysha Jackson (Riverside)
Coach says: Hopefully we will be able to be a bit competitive to make the competition as good as we can I suppose and develop the base that's already there.
Throughout pre-season Paige [Gibson], Georgia Brain and Cassie Blair have trained pretty hard over the past few weeks.
Cassie is a really good bowler, she always hits her line and length and Georgia obviously with her batting and Paige with her batting - they are all showing some good intent.
I'm a bit nervous as I haven't really had a coaching role before but I'm really excited heading into the season ahead.
