The Australian Supercars Championship has announced a new schedule for the season as it joins other sports planning to return to action in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
Beginning in Sydney on June 27 and climaxing with a second visit to Bathurst in February 2021, the championship will visit Symmons Plains on November 21-22.
However, the new-look calendar comes with the disclaimer "all events are subject to change" as uncertainty continues to hang over the future of all sporting events.

It has been four months since the last race, with the championship resorting to online competition during the enforced break.
Supercars chief executive Sean Seamer said his team will continue to work with all government stakeholders, commercial partners and teams on a plan to allow racing again.
"This plan allows us to deliver a world-class championship while remaining agile and responsive to changing conditions," Seamer said.
Event formats, inclusion of crowds and support categories will be determined closer to their proposed dates.
Street circuit events on the Gold Coast and Newcastle have not been included in the draft calendar.
