A 60-year-old woman has tested positive to the coronavirus in Hobart, the Department of Health has confirmed. Acting Director of Public Health Dr Scott McKeown confirmed the woman is in a stable condition in isolation at the Royal Hobart Hospital. This latest confirmed case had been in close-contact with a person who had tested positive to the virus after overseas travel. Dr McKeown stated that Public Health Services had been in touch with the woman's close contacts - they will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days.
