Trailing reigning premier Westbury by 168 runs after being bowled out for 123, the Lions were one-down inside three overs before a 241-run stand that lasted exactly 50 overs turned the game around.
Cam Lynch, who played his 100th game earlier this season, reached three figures for the first time with 104 while Lions captain Alistair Taylor went on to make 172 off 163 balls.

"I think it's only the second time we've batted together all year," said Taylor, who pummelled four sixes and 18 fours in a career-best knock.
"We're pretty relaxed blokes and good mates obviously, so it's pretty easy batting with him, we feed off each other a little bit.
"It was a bit unexpected that we scored so quickly to give ourselves half a chance but i suppose if you play positive cricket that's what can happen.
"I was lucky, I got dropped on 90-something - it was just one of those innings, probably the best innings I've played for Launceston."
Vice-captain last season, Lynch's 172-ball effort bettered his previous A-grade highest score of 62 and was his first 100 at any level of cricket.
"For him to get his first 100 for the club is an awesome achievement because he thoroughly deserves it - he hits so many balls at training and he's one of our most experienced guys at the club now," Taylor said.
"He's a pretty reserved kind of bloke, [his celebration was] just a couple of raises of the bat and a big smile, there's no carry-on or anything like that.
"But the boys certainly got around him in the grandstand which is great - it shows how respected he is and how well-liked he is at the club."
