The Examiner hosted the event and it attracted more than 40 women and about 20 men to the stage for a shot at the prizes.
The entrants all took turns strutting their stuff on stage, showcasing their different approaches to this year's summer fashion.

Three entrants, visiting the state from Melbourne, had heard about the polo event and rushed to the Launceston Salvos store to purchase last minute outfits before attending.
In the women's four heats had to be held before Estelle Lopes took home first prize, which included a $450 voucher for overnight accommodation and a vitality spa at Barnbougle for two people.
In the men's, two heats were held before a finals event, where Jayden Johnson took home first prize, which included a $500 voucher for a Barnbougle golf day for four people and a $250 voucher for Bell and Barnett.
