Launceston City's Callum Emms and Kaleb Nielsen have been named in the 18-player main squad joining Greater Northern League opponents Keenan Johnson and Lachlan Murfet from Burnie Baptist while Devonport's Jack Pease was named a train-on.
The City pair will get the home-ground advantage for the 2020 championships, with the Northern Hockey Centre at St Leonards hosting the titles from April 16 to 24.
ELSEWHERE IN SPORT
St Leonards will be the second crack at under-18 representation for Nielsen, joining team-mates Ashby Bingham, Angus Cooper, Vincent Harman, Max Larkin, Tyler McDonald, Tom Rasmussen and Nicholas Spandler as back-to-back selections.
Those eight will be looking to improve on their impressive fifth-placed finish at Hobart's championships this year while Emms joins the crew having previously represented Tasmania at the under-13 and 15 levels.
Emms consistently drew the praise of club GNL coach Colin Pearson throughout the 2019 season, playing 15 games and scoring on four occasions.
Vanessa McDonald will coach the side with assistance from Keegan Popowski.
