The 19s had a great season which ended in a preliminary final after a third-place finish on the ladder.
The night kicked off with Lynne Pickett receiving life membership for her dedication to the club over many years as a player, development coach, treasurer, score bench volunteer and manager.
The Northern Tasmanian Netball Association program participants were recognised for their development of junior players and those involved with state programs and league award recipients were acknowledged.
The club person of the year was Clare McKimmie for her commitment to the opens and 19s team as statistician, manager and supporter.
In a post on their Facebook page, the club said: "Thank you to everyone who attended and to the supporters who have followed the teams on their journey in 2019, rest assured the Northern Hawks will be looking forward to an exciting 2020."
