Sarah Hawe remains a fixture of the women's four while her Huon clubmate Georgia Nesbitt is in the lightweight women's single scull.
Meanwhile Ciona Wilson has been named as one of two reserves for the women's eight after her Tamar clubmate Henry Youl was the last name cut from the men's sweep squad.
Hawe, Nesbitt and Wilson are among the 17 crews selected for the regatta from June 21 to 23 on Lake Malta, in Poznan, Poland.
"I think we're happy with that," said Tasmanian Institute of Sport rowing coach Brendan Long.
"Ciona had some injury issues which impaired her preparation for this so the fact that she is still in the team is a good thing but she will have to improve for next year.
"Georgia did very well at trials and has been the best lightweight single sculler in the country and Sarah performed very well through the trial process to maintain her spot and is still well on course for Tokyo.
"Henry was very close but it's very tough for an outsider to break into the training centre group."
