The Launceston-based company were represented by a six-member fleet featuring some of their best athletes with Isabella Karas, Charlotte Fontyn, Kayla Wilcox, Georgia Culpeper, Keelie Wood and Izzy Adams flying the flag with success.
Culpeper achieved solo success in the Far North Queensland adventure, picking up grand champion for her victories in jazz and lyrical solos as well as winning a golden ticket alongside jazz duo champions Fontyn and Karas.
Winning the right to take part in the competition following a victory in a Hobart event last August, Allstar Cheer and Dance have only been operating since 2017 and have achieved a considerable amount of success and growth under co-owners Dee Gillen and Tanya Lanham.
Boasting 179 students and encouraging regular classes, Gillen is extremely proud of the group of girls.
"Bids are given out by invitation only and offered to the best of the best at that competition," she said.
"Our success last August ensured our ticket to the big event in Queensland.
"Their jazz routine was only finished the day we arrived in Townsville and they gained the highest scoring jazz routine of the day.
"They represented Tasmania with such pride and professionalism; all their hard work paid off."
The team flew home Monday night after their success.
