The reigning premiers showed their class and were able to rebound from their opening loss of the season last weekend to emerge 18-goal winners as the final whistle blew in Bendigo.
Focusing on their on-court composure after dropping the second leg of the double-header against Southern Force in Hobart last weekend, the Magpies needed to bounce back positively and did so with the dominant win.
The Magpies will look to make sure this double-header isn't a repeat of last week's matches as they aim to maintain their almost-undefeated record and stay in second spot on the Australian Netball League ladder.
Following this weekend's matches, the side face a dangerous couple of games against third-placed NSW Waratahs.
