Dan Roden's side capped off a brilliant weekend with a 53-34 win over Karana.
Cavaliers, who survived a scare on Saturday in Hobart against perennial contenders Arrows, got off to a blistering start in the first term to lead 15-9 at quarter-time.
But a few passing errors caused Roden enough concern to ring the changes.
Kate McLaughlin joined Shannae Heazlewood to shore up the defence while Dana Lester and Lucy Dennis gave Cavaliers plenty of drive in the midcourt for a 30-18 half-time lead.
Despite some resistance from Karana, McLaughlin and Issy Maskell in defence restricted scoring opportunities in the third. Controlling the tempo, the Cavs stretched the margin out to a 43-27 lead at the last change.
Karana failed to make inroads as player-of-the-match Lucy Dennis stood out.
Arrows got some measure over Northern Hawks in the grand final re-match.
The Hawks had been left rueing a poor second quarter that led to the 72-55 loss.
Arrows were up 16-14 at the break, but stretched that advantage to 11 by half-time.
The reigning premiers struggled to take the ball cleanly in attack under top Arrows' defensive pressure.
The Hawks found drive in the third term as Gemma Poke and Tessa Coote slowed their rivals' in the goal circle.
Down 12 goals entering the last, even the move of Zoe Claridge to wing attack and Danni Pickett in her 100th game to goal attack could not revive the Hawks' fortunes.
