Tigers captain-coach Stacey Norton-Smith piloted her side towards victory early on when they mustered 3-174.
But Bracknell, who had reached the grand final in just its first year, was not intimidated by the huge total.
The Redlegs continued to push hard at the University Oval, but in the end fell 21 runs shy of Longford's tally.
"It's actually just a surreal feeling to be really honest," Norton-Smith said.
"I have never ever won a premiership under my captaincy before, so that's a very nice feeling too."
The run frenzy led to an unprecedented 327 runs off 40 overs that was the competition's highest aggregate score in a match on record.
Norton-Smith smashed a game-high 43 off just 20 balls in the Tigers' first 51 runs that included seven fours and the only six of the decider.
Kristy Clayton kept pace with a run-a-ball 25, Alice Holloway scored an even quicker 22 off 21 balls before Emma Humphries (18 off 25) and Amy Pereira (17 off 25) were also forced to retire, all amid the 37 extras.
Captain Cassie Walker picked up an invaluable 2-30 off four overs as the Redlegs' only wicket-taker.
Bracknell lost a wicket early in the first over, but Natalie Curbishley hit 29 off 25 balls and Bridie Goodluck 26 off 20 both pushed the underdogs.
Sophie Johns and Emma Thomas both retired on 23 and 18 each, but it was the dismissal of Walker a couple balls short for 23 that all but ended their slim chances.
