The lopsided preliminary final will now pit two of the competition's fiercest rivals against each other for the TCL Premier League title.
But the Chieftains can expect a much tougher contest than they faced up against a capitulating Trevallyn.
The visitors first posted a competitive 192 after much of the top-order got starts but all failed to pass 40.
Opener Thanuka Dabare smashed out 38 off just 18 balls to get the inning off to a flyer. Skipper Liam Reynolds added 34 off 37 to keep the scoreboard ticking over.
Keeper Damian Woods showed a lot more patient resolve with 36 from 81 balls to ensure Hadspen passed 150.
But not after Trevallyn picked up two wickets in the space of three runs following Adam House's dismissal for 24 off 29 deliveries.
Clinton Reid was the best for the home side, picking up a tidy 3-27, while Kyle Strochnetter netted 2-23.
Trevallyn got off to a strong start, putting on a 46-run opening stand.
Opener James Whitely did his part with a game-high 44 off 80 balls.
But Trevallyn lost star Reid cheaply and collapsed under the pressure to lose 9-69.
The Chieftains applied the screws with tight bowling as Nick Price grabbed 2-19, Dion Beams collected 2-23 and Dabare finished with 2-27 to bundle out Trevallyn for a paltry 115.
