Port Arthur was the biggest Tasmanian winner of the night, with the judges deeming it the best Major Tourist Attraction in the country.
The beloved historical site beat out Adelaide Zoo, Australia Zoo, Busselton Jetty, Falls Creek Resort, National Gallery of Australia, Nitmiluk National Park, and the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney to take the crown in arguably the most significant category on the night.
