Simmonds added quicks Lisa Battle and Victoria Geale and spinner Chelsea Ryan to the side that lost by seven wickets in Burnie earlier this year, with Nicola Dusautoy and under-15 pair Alice McLauchlan and Charlotte Layton dropping out.
Typically a good batting wicket, Windsor Park should make life difficult for bowlers but Simmonds has full confidence in his attack.
"Our bowling attack on paper will be a lot stronger than what we had in the last game," he said.
"Lisa’s coming off some really strong performances in the [Greater Northern Cup] final last weekend, I said to her the other night 'gee you were expensive' - she bowled four overs, 2-3.
"In our last game we didn’t really have any spin options so Chelsea comes in and she’ll be looking to bowl eight overs of spin which will certainly add to our side."
Ulverstone star and former Launceston skipper Sam Cotton was the difference when the two sides last met, scoring 94 at the top of the order to guide North-West to an easy win.
"Sam played a terrific innings down there along with Martina Steven who supported her really well," Simmonds said.
"We’ll have some plans in place to hopefully restrict her scoring and she’s going to form a key wicket ... but we need to bowl well to all the batters.
"We’ve got some girls that have got a fair bit of pride in their side and I reckon they’ll be fairly keen to play their best cricket this weekend."
The match is 40 overs a side and starts at 10.30am Saturday.
