Labor’s Julie Collins was at $1.02 to hold Southern seat Franklin, with the Liberals at $12 and the Greens at $31, in the market from sportsbet.com.au.
Labor’s Ross Hart ($1.15) was heavily favoured to hold the Northern seat of Bass.
The Liberals were $5.50 to win Bass and the Greens $31.
Braddon looked the Liberals’ best chance, according to the market.
But they were a long way behind in the North-West and West Coast seat, at $3 compared to Labor at $1.33, with the Greens at $21.
Liberal Gavin Pearce is challenging Labor’s Justine Keay in Braddon.
The Southern seat of Clark was favoured to deny Labor a clean sweep in Tasmania.
Independent Andrew Wilkie ($1.05) was a firm favourite to retain Clark.
Labor was at $12, the Liberals $16 and the Greens $31.
Labor was a $1.14 favourite to win the election, with the Coalition at $5.
The betting agency had the Greens at $201, Pauline Hanson’s One Nation at $251 and Katter’s Australian Party at $301.
