The Bill Witherden-trained bitch will jump from box 2 as she chases her fourth consecutive win.
The Greyhound Recorder has Hoity Toity $3.40 favourite in its predicted market which reflects the open nature of the race.
It has six of the eight runners under double-figure odds.
Halo Henry ($6), Gold Lenny ($6) and Headspace ($6.50) are rated the main dangers.
Halo Henry (third) and Gold Lenny (fourth) were also among Hoity Toity’s rivals when she led all the way in last Tuesday’s Invitation.
She drew her preferred red box in that race and took advantage to score by 1-¼ lengths in 29.86 seconds.
Last week’s Launceston double-header saw veteran trainer Morrie Strickland land a treble with Mountain Miss, Miller’s Gold and Miller’s Socks.
Owner Stephen Gerrard, son of legendary thoroughbred trainer Mal Gerrard, got a double on Monday night with Woodridge and Miss Paw Paw and Robyn Johnson matched that feat with Buckle Up Nola and Buckle Up Rose.
Buckle Up Rose made it seven consecutive wins over the Launceston 515-metre course with a runaway 6-½ length victory in 29.61.
The Buckle Up runners also left their mark on Tuesday’s meeting filling the first seven placings in the opening race won by Buckle Up Oliva.
On Thursday, Stop Line continued his good form with a 29.62 win to maintain his unbeaten record over the Hobart 461m course and the Jillian Stamford-trained sprinter remains on target for the Hobart Thousand.
