Newcomers Oskar Small, of Prospect Vale, and Riverside’s Isaac Roberts join Ella Murray Williams (Tam O’Shanter) and Jorjah Bailey (Mowbray) in the Tasmanian 15-and-under team.
Royal Hobart’s Hunter Gillard is the other new member in the team selected by Golf Tasmania to compete in the Australian Schools Championships in Sydney from November 13.
The team will play at the Coast Golf Club in Little Bay, over two days, November 13 and 15, defending the title it won last year at the same venue.
“This team represents some of Tasmania’s best junior talent,” Golf Australia’s Tasmanian development manager Simon Weston said.
“They will play against some strong golfers from the other states which will be excellent for their development.”
The team also includes Tailah Mowat (Ulverstone), and Tasmania GC duo Mackenzie Wilson and Dylan Backhouse.
