The coach who trained former world No.1s Carlos Moya and Rafael Nadal is bringing his expertise to Tasmania.
Jofre Porte is the special guest for a Hobart International coach development workshop on Monday, January 7.
Tasmanian coaches are encouraged to attend the workshop at the Domain Tennis Centre, which Tennis Tasmania says is the biggest professional development event in the state.
Porte will lead a two-hour on-court workshop, split into focusing on maximising performances in sessions and footwork.
Costing $66, the day also includes reserved centre court seating and hospitality at the Hobart International.
More details can be found on the Tennis Australia website.
TA is also offering fans the chance to win a player experience at the annual tournament which runs from January 5-12.
Anyone buying a ticket will go into a draw to win the prize.
