Longford Show Society president Bill Williams said the show had maintained a strong family focus.
“We try to keep the cost to the public down to a minimum, because we want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves,” he said.
“If people just want to wander around and spend money on the sideshows, they can.”
Other attractions of the Longford Show include the animal nursery, Pelican Puppets, trade stalls, side show alley, Reptile Rescue demonstrations and the home industries display.
The show will be held from 8am until 4.30pm at Longford Showground.
