Perth’s Rio Olympian also flew to France following the Oceania Track Championships in Adelaide where she won the omnium and teamed up with Stewart to claim further gold in both the madison and team pursuit.
The Tasmanians are provisionally scheduled to link up in the team pursuit along with Queenslander Kristina Clonan, Ashlee Ankudinoff, of NSW, and South Australian Maeve Plouffe.
Stewart, of Devonport, is also scheduled to ride the madison (with Clonan) and scratch race.
Baker and Stewart, who have twice teamed up with Amy Cure and Lauren Perry to win national team pursuit titles for Tasmania, will remain in Europe to compete in the six-day event in London.
They will not contest the next world cup in Milton, Canada, at the end of this month and are expected to return to Australia.
Subsequent world cups are in Germany, England, New Zealand and Hong Kong.
