The Wiggle High5 Pro Cycling Team rider finished in the top spot on the podium ahead of fellow Australian Alex Manly.
That success had come after Manly had finished on the podium in the scratch race with a third-placed finish.
The duo were scheduled to ride the Madison and Omnium to complete their duties at the event.
Elsewhere on the international cycling calendar Devonport’s Macey Stewart finished the final stage of the BeNe Ladies Tour in the Netherlands and Belgium in 56th place to finish 40th overall.
Stewart’s British teammate Katie Archibald continued her strong tour to find herself on the podium with a third place finish overall.
They were part of a six-rider Wiggle High5 team.
