A development application was submitted to the Break O’Day Council by the St Marys Community Space Association Inc.

The application plans for a new “street-park” and barbeque facility for all-inclusive play, and fun for all ages and abilities. It would also be useable for those on bikes, scooters, or roller skates.

The site would have new car parking; obstacles including rails, ramps, and ledges; outdoor gym equipment; barbeque facilities and a shelter; a half-pipe spine ramp; accessible swing; feature node with volcano and bowled ramp; a feature corner; and, landscaping features.
