Women are key safety drivers and implement systems on farms

Karen Baines said the pilot participants translated safety learnings into practice on their own farms and often discussed safety with friends, family and neighbours.

“I have found that women are often the best placed in the farming business to effect safety changes,” Mrs Baines said.
