The pair finished first and third respectively in the junior male state series, with Stretton also bagging a national junior title earlier this year.
Former world champion rower Ali Foot took out the men’s state series from Southern pair Matt Geappen and Hayden Armstrong, while Kate Pedley was part of a three-way tie for second place behind Danika Bumford in the women’s series.
Launceston’s Peter Adams joined Steve Quinn in being awarded life membership.
North-West athlete Jonte Armitstead was named the state’s most improved junior.
