St Patrick’s Football Club has rejected a proposal from the Prospect Hawks Junior Football Club to form an alliance, following the demise of the Hawks senior club.

“We would welcome any Prospect players with open arms,” Saints president Ian McCallum said.
“We had one meeting with the junior club a few weeks back and we haven’t heard from them since.
“We’ve done some due diligence and we’ll continue to be an independent football club.”
