Boden (51) formed a fearsome partnership with Maddison Hill (29) as the Blues made 4-119, with Mowbray’s Georgie Nicolson finishing with two wickets, a run-out and a catch.
Sophie Parkin (2-5 off four) and Hill (3-4 off four) then strangled Mowbray’s batters as the Eagles limped to 9-52 from 20 overs.
SOUTH LAUNCESTON extended its winning streak to 24 games, strolling to an eight-wicket win over Launceston.
The Lions posted 7-78 off the back of a run-a-ball 33 from Victoria Geale but it never looked to be enough as the Knights chased the total down inside 13 overs.
Maddie Hickman kept it tight for Launceston, conceding just 13 from her four overs but few could tame South opener Caitlyn Webster, who hit six boundaries on her way to 40.
