LAUNCESTON hand cyclist Rowan Bowles is set to return to Europe next month to compete in several events of the European hand bike circuit.Bowles will be keen to gain top results in his first European race since winning silver in the WHF world championships in 2007, in Italy. With good domestic results this summer, Bowles is confident that he can match his two main rivals from France. "I have improved my power and endurance capacity with specific volume training over the past eight months," he said. The Australian Italian Club will hold a general trivia and auction night on Friday, May 8, starting at 7pm, to help support Bowles.
