With so many projects up and running, it would be tempting for the Growth Developments team to slow down a little, but nothing could be further from their minds.

Jason and Wim are always looking to the future and keen to make the most of every opportunity that presents itself.
They just don’t know any other way of doing things.
The next plan on the drawing board is Mountvale Estate which is located on Benvenue Road in St Leonards, effectively connecting Benvenue with Hilary Street.
Mountvale is all about the blank slate, the possibilities, the future.
On offer will be 32 building lots measuring between 700 and 900 square metres which people can purchase and create a dream home of their own design.
The only limits will be the block size, finance, individual council approvals and your imagination.
The fully-serviced blocks take advantage of the suburb’s rural outlook with views back over the city and tantalising glimpses of the river in the distance.
“This is the main selling point,” Jason said.
“The outlook is just lovely.
“Also their price in the market represents good value for buyers at all levels.”
It is anticipated Mountvale Estate will be released for sale in the near future.

But the activity doesn’t stop there.
Growth Developments has several other residential development projects on the go as well as substantial land holdings in reserve to move on when the time is right, with most concentrated within the boundaries of Launceston.
“Our main aim is to provide building blocks for people and we have plenty coming up in the future,” Wim said.
Both Jason and Wim believe it’s important for potential buyers to realise that the company is very dynamic and they are certainly not content to rest on their laurels.
“If people are looking to build we hope they would come and see us,” Jason said.
“We will have land available or will have something coming up which could meet their needs.”
