North Launceston's Tarryn Thomas and Tigers' Hugh Dixon have kept their spots, while Launceston’s Jake Hinds has been replaced by Burnie’s Thomas Mundy for the Adelaide Oval bout.
The Allies lost 10.8 (68) to 8.8 (56) to Vic Country last weekend with Thomas named among the composite side’s best players.
The Allies were only 12 points behind with a term to play but Vic Country kicked four unanswered goals to seal the deal.
Western Australia defeated South Australia by one point during the opening round, after trailing five goals on the cusp of three-quarter time.
The match starts at 10.10am.
The Allies play four games in total with Western Australia and Vic Metro to follow.
